ASN League Manager ("ASNLMS") is currently provided as an Active Early Alpha Preview. Features, points calculators, session ingestion APIs, and broadcast tools are actively under construction and subject to frequent updates. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
2. User Conduct & Accounts
By accessing or creating an account on ASNLMS, you agree to:
- Provide accurate identification information and valid sim racing account credentials.
- Maintain the security of your authentication credentials.
- Refrain from uploading malicious code, invalid session payload exploits, or spam.
- Respect league administrators, fellow drivers, and broadcast staff.

4. DMCA & Copyright Takedown Policy
Automotive Sports Network respects the intellectual property rights of content creators, paint designers, and copyright holders. If you believe that any user-uploaded content, league logo, liveries, or media on ASNLMS infringes upon your copyright, please contact our designated agent immediately with a formal notice at bryan@asntvusa.com. Upon receipt of a valid takedown notice, we will promptly investigate and remove or disable access to the infringing material.
5. Minimum Age Requirement (13+)
ASNLMS is intended solely for users who are at least thirteen (13) years of age. By creating an account, linking your sim racing profile, or participating in ASNLMS managed leagues, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Automotive Sports Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, session result calculation inaccuracies, or temporary service interruptions during the Alpha preview.
